1. General
1.1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Charmonye web application and related services (the "Service").
1.2. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using any Service functionality, you agree to these Terms.
1.3. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.
1.4. We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective 7 days after publication in the Service legal section.
2. Service Scope
2.1. The Service provides AI-powered design visualization tools, including landscape, interior, commercial, and facade scenarios.
2.2. Service functionality may include: - Image generation from uploaded images and text prompts - Planning and layout assistance - Generation history and account workspace - Purchase of digital credit plans - Promo codes and referral features
2.3. The Service may evolve over time. We may add, modify, or remove features to improve reliability, security, and product quality.
3. Accounts and Access
3.1. You are responsible for the accuracy of account details and for maintaining access security.
3.2. You must not share credentials or allow unauthorized use of your account.
3.3. We may suspend or restrict access where we detect abuse, fraud, security risks, or violations of these Terms.
4. Plans, Payments, and Credits
4.1. The Service uses prepaid digital plans. Plan details and pricing are shown in the product interface before checkout.
4.2. After successful payment confirmation, the corresponding credits are applied to your account.
4.3. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers available at checkout.
4.4. Plan validity periods, where applicable, are displayed during purchase and in account notifications.
4.5. If credits are not applied automatically after payment, you may contact support through the support channel listed in your account or checkout confirmation.
5. Refunds
5.1. You may request a refund by contacting support and providing enough details to identify the transaction.
5.2. Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
5.3. If approved, refunds are sent to the original payment method unless the payment provider requires another route.
5.4. Time to receive refunded funds depends on payment provider and financial institution processing times.
5.5. Refund eligibility may be adjusted when purchased digital services were fully or partially consumed.
6. Acceptable Use
6.1. You must use the Service lawfully and responsibly.
6.2. You must not use the Service to: - Generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive content - Distribute malware or interfere with platform security - Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights - Abuse infrastructure, automation limits, or referral mechanics
6.3. You remain responsible for all content you upload and for the consequences of using generated output.
7. AI-Generated Results and Limitations
7.1. The Service uses AI models to generate outputs based on your inputs.
7.2. AI-generated results are illustrative and informational only. They are not engineering plans, construction documents, or professional project documentation.
7.3. Generated outputs may contain errors, artifacts, or style inconsistencies.
7.4. You are responsible for independent review before applying outputs to real-world projects, purchases, construction, or safety-critical decisions.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. The Service software, branding, and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2. You retain rights to content you upload, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the Service.
8.3. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use generated outputs for personal and commercial purposes.
9. Privacy and Data Handling
9.1. We process account and usage data to provide the Service, secure accounts, process transactions, and improve product quality.
9.2. We may transfer image and prompt data to AI infrastructure providers to perform generation requests.

10. Availability and Support
10.1. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
10.2. Planned maintenance, outages, and third-party failures may temporarily affect access.

11. Limitation of Liability
11.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
11.2. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
11.3. We are not liable for decisions made based on generated outputs.
12. Changes and Termination
12.1. We may update or discontinue parts of the Service.
12.2. You may stop using the Service at any time.
12.3. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create material risk for the platform.
13. Governing Rules and Disputes
13.1. We will seek to resolve disputes through good-faith communication first.
13.2. If resolution is not possible, disputes are handled under applicable law in the jurisdiction of the Service operator.
